This property contains approximately 1,500 square feet. You may rent the whole space or just a portion of it.
There is ample off-street parking, which we own, in the rear of this building; it will be available to your staff and
customers.
We are in the process of improving both the building
and the parking area at the rear. Windows at the rear of the building and on the upper level will be replaced with new
or repaired historically accurate windows. The rear facade of the building has been professionally cleaned.
Fresh paint was applied to the doors and door frames, down spouts, and other fixtures at the rear of the building. Other
improvements include repairs to brick, relocation of exterior HVAC equipment and vents to more appropriate positions, and
landscape planting at the rear foundation of the building and along the fence.
We have extended our successful entrepreneur concept
to this side of the building. That means that you can rent just the amount of space you need on a month to month basis.
The front half of the building contains a large open area and an office. Together they total 750 square feet and can
be rented at $2 per square foot per month. The rear half of the building contains smaller spaces that can also be rented
for $2 per square foot per month. If you prefer to rent the whole 1,500 square feet, the rent is $1.50 per square foot
